Apply ambersun sunless medium shade each day until the desired color is reached.
Wait at least 24 hours between each application.

Once desired color is achieved discontinue daily application and use Pro-long sunless moisturizer each day to maintain color and prolong your tan.
Your base tan will gradually fade your base tan in a week.
